Based in Geneva, Mr Guerre has had over 30 years experience as an investment fund manager, a financial analyst and a chief investment officer of a leading international banking group.

Wally A.C. Martin - Managing Director
Mr Martin has been actively involved in the mining industry since 1979 and was the foundation Vice-President of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies of WA.

Roland Bartsch - Technical Director
Mr Bartsch has over 25 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. He has worked throughout America, Australia, Indonesia, Solomon Islands, Greenland, Europe and Africa.

Claude Bigeard - Director
Mr Bigeard has extensive experience in financial management and banking, with more than 14 years experience in the largest private foreign banking group in Switzerland.

Jay Stephenson MBA CMA MAICD FCIS - Company Secretary
Jay Stephenson has been involved in business development for 20 years including the past 14 years as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in resources, manufacturing, wine, hotels, and property. He has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies.
